This springfield hellcat osp 9mm micro-compact optics ready pistol w/ laser, holster, 3 mags ships from our warehouse in a factory-sealed Springfield Armory box containing the pistol, three magazines, Crimson Trace laser (installed), holster, cable lock, and owner’s manual. Shipping is to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer only. Upon purchase, you must provide the name and address of your chosen FFL dealer. Your dealer must have a valid, current FFL on file with us before we ship. After the firearm arrives at your dealer, you will complete ATF Form 4473 and undergo a NICS background check as required by federal and state law. Shipment is via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required. We do not ship to PO boxes. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. All sales are final. No returns on firearms. Check your local and state laws regarding magazine capacity restrictions; some states limit magazine capacity to 10 rounds. The included 13-round magazines will not be shipped to states with such restrictions. We will substitute 10-round magazines if required by law. Contact your FFL with any questions about local compliance.
